Our Mission Statement
Calvary Chapel of Tri-Cities Children's Ministry is committed to give every child that comes through our doors the opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We desire for every child to know that he or she is loved by God, and loved by us, as we serve them through the teaching of the Bible.
Matthew 19:14 Jesus said "Let the little children come to me, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
The Bible states that the responsibility of Christian education belongs to the family(Duet. 6:5-9, Prov. 22:6, Eph. 6:4), but as a church we need to be a strong encouragement and support to the families that entrust their children to our care.
The Calvary Chapel Children's Ministry is committed to the following goals:
To provide Jesus Christ's example of Love and acceptance to the kids we minister to.
To create a fun and interesting atmosphere for the children to enjoy.
To teach age appropriate curriculum that interests and challenges each age group.
To evangelize children to give them the opportunity to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
To encourage children to share their Savior with their family, friends, and others.
To train and equip our volunteers to be able to carry out the goals of this ministry.
